protien bar and diet coke for breakfast. had transition bag ready the night before

cold swim...don't think it could have been 1/2 a mile as my best pool swim is 1 mile in 36:30, so 17 for 1/2...musta been slighly short

nothing...didn't have my head in as much as I would like but I think it was d/t the coldness

this is still pretty slow esp considering it was a small transition area. I went sockless but put body glide on my feet...brought the yankx but could not figure out how to put them on my sneaks.Also no biking gloves this time

really fun trail!! I don't think I was quite as fast as they give me credit for....thought I was maybe 91/2 min miles.
