What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nutrition was poorly planned, I had chef boardee for breakfast, yuck, and then ate almonds until race. Over ate pretty much. Then had an energy gel on bike ride.

My workouts were unscheduled and I felt like I was physically unprepared.

Event comments:

I enjoyed it as my first race ever. Will definitively do it again to see performance improvement.
