I swam away from the pack trying to stay away from the crowd and went to far out. Wasted valuable time.
What would you do differently?:

Train harder and keep my my eye on landmarks.

Need to pick points of reference to find the bike in the middle of the commotion. lost time trying to find the bike.

Pick landmarks to spot bike easily.

The run was very hard at the beginning , its always hard on the knees because of the transition , but once I recovered and catch my breath I picked up my rhythm and had a good pace.
