Pre-race routine:

Woke up 4:45. Ate bagel & pb. Drank 1/2 powerade. Chilled at home. Went to race at 6:05 after ALMOST forgetting to check tire inflation. Good thing, because front was ok, back was 20 psi light.
Event warmup:

Rode bike to race...swam easy 150.

Goggles leaked. Did the whole swim with left eye closed. Guy behind passed at 150. I drafted for 100, then he let me pass him back at 250.

Swim hard for at least the first 200. Not let my goggles leak!

This was a good transition. Couldn't figure out what to do with my water bottle after I drank it. Legs felt weak after the bike. Slow start.

Push harder if I'm taking walk breaks. Run was too comfortable.
