Breath better. Don't know what happened but I just couldn't get my breathing down. I did better than last year so I guess it wasn't that bad.

Great bike. I think I may have gotten a 2 minute penalty somehow though. There's a 2 minute penalty listed for me and the only thing I can think of was that I was on the left a lot but that was because I was constantly passing people. If I were to move to the right it would have been a huge pain. I didn't block anyone from passing me so I sent an email to the race timing company to see what it's about. Oh well, who cares.

Had nothing left in the legs. I think the hills yesterday in the 5k race I ran hurt me a little. THe humidity didn't help either but I don't think that slowed me down to much.

Train more for the run.

Other than the penalty I received everything was great. I'll have to wait and see what the penalty is for and see if I can dispute it. Not a big deal though. It's not like I'm in the medals.
