Comments: lake wa choppy and the wind had blown all most all of the bouys off course I drank way to much water during the swim not intentionally What would you do differently?: try to train more in rough conditions Transition 1

Comments: i was sick from the swim and suffered first few miles then started to ride but never pushed hard. What would you do differently?: suck it up and push harder Transition 2

Comments: I expected this my run is way slow in trianing i run 10 minute miles so i knew about how the run would be What would you do differently?: I need to train thru the winter on my run! I also need to take in more electrolytes for cramping thankfully it was not a hot day Post race
