Pre-race routine:

First Olympic Triathlon woke up a 6:00 am Breakfast of toast, egg and coffee

ran around trying to get a timing chip strap to fit my ankle

I drank way to much water during the swim not intentionally

try to train more in rough conditions

I expected this my run is way slow in trianing i run 10 minute miles so i knew about how the run would be
What would you do differently?:

I need to train thru the winter on my run! I also need to take in more electrolytes for cramping thankfully it was not a hot day

Warm down:

i felt like laying down but toughed it out

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Basically I had not done an olympic distance and in hindsight i could have pushed harder on the bike

This event is well organized great volunteers I plan on making a improved performance next year
