Comments: Nice I got a pace going for first 3k than there was this hill and had to walk the hill then slow jog after steep part. Got to 224th street and 4k started to go fast (for me) and picked up some time but chip fell off around 6k had to pick it up and start running again. Overall good run. What would you do differently?: Not lose chip and use the zap straps. Post race
Warm down: Lots of streching and walking around and bathroom breaks. Pizza afterwards and water was a nice touch. What limited your ability to perform faster: Weight and slow running and losing chip.
