I have to work so it was hard to do my normal routine. I eat Oatmeal for lunch and drank a lot of water.

Comments:

The swim starts with your feet in the water. there were way too many women there to have in one heat...I was kicked in the face hard...then someone swam over me. it was crazy. After that you had to run about ~.25 miles back to the T1 area. I didn't like the setup at all. T1 time is included in this time.
