I just can't figure this out. I thought I was a lot faster.
What would you do differently?:

rack my bike closer. The run from the lake to my bike killed my feet. Lots of rock. ouch ouch

I believe I could've made up a lot of time on the bike if not for those cars. I believe, the drivers have no clue how fast these bike can go.

higher cadence going up the hills. Lot of hills this is a challenging course

just need more practice

What limited your ability to perform faster:

a few cars. I just need more practice with hills on the bike and run.
Bike I am improving. The run as well, but I feel the difference most in the bike. I am no longer struggling going up hill on the bike. I ahould be able to increase cadence

Event comments:

I love the job they do at DLTMULTISPORT. This is a very well put together race.

Course: Hilly. I biked very well the problem here was cars. 2 cars pulled out in front of me then went very slow. Once I had to come to a complete stop.
