Swim
Comments: Not sure if i just had a horrible swim or it was long. Most people were saying that they thought it was pretty accurate. I was 5:30 minutes faster at steelhead but we did get to swim with the current. About one week before the race i went to trout lake and did 1.6 miles and my time for the 1.2 was 34 and felt pretty easy. Also the fastest swim was 31:50 which is very slow for a half. Transition 1

Comments: Some of the miles were miss marked and many people had 13.8-13.9 on their gps. If the course was 13.1 or 13.86 which i got from rottieguy after the race i still had a very good run. What would you do differently?: nothing Post race
Warm down: nothing really just walked around a bit then went and got some pizza from G's and took a nap at hotel What limited your ability to perform faster: course not accurate Event comments: Race was good and i was satisified except if the run course was really 13.1 i would have broken my goal of under 5 hours but i guess ill just have to do that at cedar point next september Last updated: 2009-08-11 12:00 AM
