Comments: After trying to re-learn how to swim after many years, I still have a long way to go. I started out too fast and struggled. I think that the TI video will help once I have more than 2 days to practice the drills. What would you do differently?: Continue swimming. Transition 1

Didn't sleep much the night before. I guess that I was nervous for my first race. Prepared all of the Advocare supplements and loaded up the truck at 5:30. There was ice on items in the back and I wondered what it would feel like getting on the bike soaking wet. Arrived at 6 and figured out what to do. Another participant helped me set up my transition area.
Jogged a little and stretched.
