Comfortable pace for the first 20 kms; started to hammer down in the last 10km as per coaches instruction; significant improvement from last tri.

Improved my pace over Niagara; Niagara was 30km in 51:41 mins at a 29.0min/km pace; Guelph I was 2.3min/km faster on the bike.

the race needs a focal point at the end of the race; a beer tent perhaps
