Comments: I have been training for IMFL and it showed the 1st 200 yards as I felt out of gas. Got my act together and felt much better the last 300. What would you do differently?: Not listen to the guys in my wave who claim they swim 8 min/per 500 and let them start ahead of you. I passed both of them in the 1st 100 yards. Transition 1
Comments: Long run to T1 with no shoes. Ouch, Ouch! Bike
Comments: Recovered nicely from the swim and felt pretty good on the bike, tried to save a little for the run. Average 21.? MPH. Transition 2

Got there early found a nice transition area near the bike entrance/exit. A little Gatorade and half a Clif bar.
None..I tried to get into a lane they had reserved for fast swimmers and ended up in line for nearly 2 hours.
