could have pushed a bit more but was really trying to pace for distance

Was trying to stay under 8:00 miles and I did. I completely hit a wall at mile 5. Really hurt

more fluids on the bike to stay better hydrated

Warm down:

well, I about collapsed after finish. Had to get first aid/ IV drip. Never felt this bad after a race

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the wall at mile 5.

Event comments:

This may have been the hardest I have put into a race. I'm really pleased with this.

Off program an upgrade on the bike.
