Pre-race routine:

This was the half marathon I did at Long Beach.
Event warmup:

My warm up was running 3 1/2 miles to the start line from my sister's place in LB. It was my last long training run before IMAZ. Total mileage for the day was just under 18 miles.

Comments:

Run time mentioned here does not include the extra mileage before and after the race. Overall, it was a really good training run - PR'd the half mary at just under 3 hours if I count when I actually started running and got to mile 13.1 which was actually mile 10 or so during the race.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around, got some food.

Event comments:

The highlight of the day for me was Camille at the finish line...she ran the 5K and got a PR 5 minutes faster than her 5K from last year. Go Camille!
She was so excited.
