What would you do differently?: Need to practice more open water swims. Also would not start at the back of the pack. Was stuck behind slow people, and difficult to get around. Transition 1
Comments: Get energy gels into pockets faster. Need to be stronger, and better endurance, and would be able to get shoes on faster. Satisfied overall. Bike

Comments: Forgot to take helmet off initially, but didn't lost too much time at all. Almost perfect transition for what it was. What would you do differently?: Don't forget the helmet. Run
