What would you do differently?: See comments above about starting on the opposite side of the group then I did. This really cost me a lot in my swim pacing. Transition 1
Comments: The wetsuit was easy to remove. What would you do differently?: nothing, except for maybe go faster. Bike
What would you do differently?: If I want to increase my pace I need to be more agressive about passing people rather then being content to hang back as much as I did. Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Need to be more careful about dismounting. I took the wrong foot out of the pedals and almost crashed on the street before entering the transition area. Run
Comments: Very bad run for me. I should have been and could have been faster. My legs were cramping up so bad that I had to stop 3 or more times just to give them a break and massage it out. What would you do differently?: I will spend much more time this year on RUN training so that this will be my best event! Post race

Arrvied early for setup as I wasn't sure how busy the downtown area would be. When I got there there was a lot of area to park the car take my time and setup. Forgot to grab something to eat so I went to a local grocery store and bought a powerbar. That was probably a good thing!
10 min. prior tot he swim start, I went into the water and got use to the water and did a few short swim strokes.
