Got up later than usual for a race :) and ate cereal, had coffee

WAAAAAAY too long!! Ahh! I need to practice T2, it seems to always take me too long.
What would you do differently?:

get a pair on yanks so I dont have to tie my shoes (and double knot!)
I should have ran and put my hat on while I was running- not sure why I just stood there lol

It was windy here too obviously and the hills really killed me this time. I was feeling really tired during the run. I am sick still so maybe this is why? Overall average run for the terrain type.

Warm down:

Walked, water. Chatted with some other athletes. Took and shower and listened to the Packers game while I waited for awards.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Sickness- although I think I did fine despite.

Event comments:

I always like this race. Great closer to the season. Events were 20min ahead of schedule and the tshirt is awesome, like always.
