Comments: Gatoraide mix too strong, started to cramp a little, switch to water and cramping went away What would you do differently?: Water only on the bike ![]() Transition 2
Comments: due to the weather started with a short sleeve top on with a sleeveless overtop. started to head out to the run course and decided that that the extra shirt was too much. Ran bck to bike to take it off What would you do differently?: take off shirt and leave on the ground at the transition exit to save time or think ahead and take it off while racking bike ![]() Run
Comments: Legs took about 2K to transition, after that the run was great What would you do differently?: need to train more on bike to run transition so legs feel better quicker ![]() Post race
Warm down: food line and talked with friends What limited your ability to perform faster: Gatoraide mix too strong Event comments: The event was well executed as always by the race director. Wook up in the morning and took dogs for a walk. packed up car for me and the fiance. Headed out to the race and stopped at Tim Horton's for a breakfast sandwich and coffee.
