for some reason after 250 yards or so I had a hard time catching my breath had to breast stroke it a little. I think I actually did better in the practice on wednesday when I wasnt trying

not go out so strong and kick a little I dont kick at all to save my legs

hardcore mountain bike course and cross country run not for people with cross bikes you need a real mountain bike for this one I saw 4 people go down and I flipped over the handle bars once definetly ranks on the level of extreme looking forward to next years!
