Comments: I began to cramp almost immediatly out of T2. My bike was too hard for my level of training. Consequently, it was a long and miserable run/walk. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Too fast on bike, not enough long bike training. Event comments: My goal was to go under 6:30 in this, my first ever HIM.
