Swim
Comments: Average swim, got punched in the face at the start, goggles sucked my left eye closed so I swam the first third 1/2 blind. As soon as I found clean water I fixed the goggle and kept going. Sighted well, ended up right in the middle of the channel. What would you do differently?: Swim faster, should have done more channel swims this year. Transition 1
Comments: This is a long run from swim finish to T1, passed a few people on the way back to T1 What would you do differently?: Had a good T1, 6th fastest in AG Bike
Comments: Great bike for me, riding more paid off. This was the first race I have done that I have not been passed on the bike at all! What would you do differently?: Not much, pretty much maxed out on the bike. Transition 2
Comments: Good T2, 6th in AG? Run
Comments: Not a bad run, I was trying to catch another guy in my AG,but could not make up the distance. Felt strong the whole run, I don't think my pace fell off towards the end. What would you do differently?: Need to run more Post race
Warm down: Walked around, we had 94 people from our tri-club racing so it was great to see everyone do well. Went back out to pick up the cones. What limited your ability to perform faster: I've done less swimming and running, and it showed. Event comments: I love this race, the weather could not have been better!
