NEVER EVER wear normal shoe laces in a triathlon! It takes way to much time changing from cycling shoes to running shoes, then having to tie the laces.
What would you do differently?:

Buy elastic shoe laces.

Heart rate got to high from riding hard on the bike. Did not run 5k non-stop. Had to catch my breath and walk a few times. Legs starting to cramp as I approached finish line.
What would you do differently?:

Practice more Brick Workouts, Do more trail runs.
