Comments: Forgot to pack water to hydrate on the bike. What would you do differently?: Pace myself a little bit more and not over-do-it on the bike, Transition 2
Comments: NEVER EVER wear normal shoe laces in a triathlon! It takes way to much time changing from cycling shoes to running shoes, then having to tie the laces. What would you do differently?: Buy elastic shoe laces. Run
Comments: Heart rate got to high from riding hard on the bike. Did not run 5k non-stop. Had to catch my breath and walk a few times. Legs starting to cramp as I approached finish line. What would you do differently?: Practice more Brick Workouts, Do more trail runs. Post race
