The swim was excellent for me. Sighting was good & I keep a good stroke count of every 10 strokes then sight. I set a personal record for the 400 m by almost 3 1/2 min.

I thought I had a good bike ride. I almost nailed a F-150 truck when he was making a turn in front of me but over all a fun ride. The bridges were a little tough

Kind of slow becasue I tried to tape my right knee. The tape did not stick and then I pulled on my ace bandage wrap

I culd not run due to a bad right knee/hamstring so this was a walk all the way. I was only able to stumble about 5 to 10 steps before I had to stop and walk

Get my knee healed and run

Event comments:

I think the race had some organizational problems. Race check-in not at the hotel but down the road at conference center, no written directions from race check-in to transition area. No parking at the race start made for a mess dropping off gear to transition & then moving car 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile away. Have the race end a mile plus from the race start was strange and the shuttles were not to be seen when I needed them. I hope the race will start & end at the same place next year. I plan on returning & I hope I will be able to run.
