Comments: I really just took off my helmet and racked my bike. Run
Comments: I didn't drink any thing on the run and felt fine.However, my knees were hurting from the down hills. What would you do differently?: TRAIN on HILLS more!! Post race

Got up at 4:50, went and set up tranistion area. ate a blueberry bagel on the way. I drank about 20oz of water leaving an hour before race time.
at another mini bagel.
I did not warm up as much as I had planned. Everything happened so quickly. I jogged maybe 6 minutes, and did some light stretching.
