Comments: Race never separated.. made it tough to get run rhythm.. this caused achilles to get very irritated towards in end of run.. What would you do differently?: I think i would have started closer to the front of the pack. i don't know what i did to get this injury.. so i don't know what to do to prevent it. Post race
Warm down: stretch more... drank two beers.. got some chow.. walked back to car What limited your ability to perform faster: injured achilles... hindered running ability. i didn't run much.. stretch more, walked to start of race.. did walking calf raises to warm up and stretch achilles
