Majorly bad feeling for the start. Cramping and tight..
Actually felt good at finish but it took me the whole run to loosen up.

What would you do differently?:

Better prep and hydration after swim.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Really happy to get it finished. I really didnt train leading up to this at all. Mostly not mentally ready. (had no expectations either though..had fun)
-Be mentally ready...pace/relax in swim

I really like the Harrisburg Tri's. Wont miss them!
