Was fine with the swim. REALLY just cruised to gain confidence. Can easily take 6-8 min off next time i think. Start further ahead too, really let eveyone go on start.

Keep practicing techique to relax and get confident

First Olympic and i didnt train much at all. Wanted to do one for a feel of the length and finish...

Great day and real nice setting. I'll do it again but i sure dont think i'll ever like the trail running stuff.
