Shoes without socks. Take food on course. Wear shirt under suit.

Train more. Hit hills more. I was getting passed like mad on the hills.
Change bike seat geometry. My knees kept hitting the elbows when in the aero bars.

First mile felt like puking. Started to feel cramps in hamstrings from mile 2 to 4.

That was a tough course.

Warm down:

Went into the lake to cool down. Got cramps - do not swim after a race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Cramping up in the legs during the run.

Event comments:

Everything is well set up. The hills on the course made it miserable for everyone. The swim was actually longer.
