Comments: Had gel pack. I think I lollygagged. Saw Andy come in right when I was leaving. What would you do differently?: Shoes without socks. Take food on course. Wear shirt under suit. Bike
What would you do differently?: Train more. Hit hills more. I was getting passed like mad on the hills. Change bike seat geometry. My knees kept hitting the elbows when in the aero bars. Transition 2
Run
Comments: First mile felt like puking. Started to feel cramps in hamstrings from mile 2 to 4. What would you do differently?: That was a tough course. Post race
Warm down: Went into the lake to cool down. Got cramps - do not swim after a race. What limited your ability to perform faster: Cramping up in the legs during the run.
