Setup transition. Bunch o potty stops. Banana, Clif bar, 5 hr energy, and vitamin water.

Lost my goggles when I jumped in. Did first 50 without them. Stopped on first turn to get them back on. Only got passed once and she beat me by 50 meters, so not bad.

Long run to the transition from the pool. Helmet fell and I had to find my watch and glasses. That slowed me a bit,

Maybe loose the socks. I just cant get away from them.

Cilled in the shade then rode home.

Event comments:

Dallas Athletes could learn from these guys. It was a great race. The road closures for the bike were awesome. I liked having to walk back thru the run to get to my bike. Gave me a chance to encourage the runners. Course was good. Things were well organized. Wish these guys did more races. The end party was awesome.
