The concrete pathway was terrible on the way to the transition. Didn't know about shoes being a viable option until too late.

Put shoes on the right side of the bike rack. Old shoes for the transition area.

I came in not knowing what to expect, and now I feel as if I could knock 15 minutes off just by doing it again. Not to mention that I will NEVER AGAIN get caught without a wetsuit for an event.
