What would you do differently?:

Not start out quite so far to the side. Either that or get to the middle more quickly because I think I added too much to my time by swimming further. I'm not the strongest swimmer, so my idea was to avoid the pack.

Felt great on the bike and improved my time drastically over Emerald Isle (10/18/2008). That race was done on a mountain bike.

Pace myself more. I had nothing left on the run.

Had nothing left. Struggled to get through. Emerald Isle (10/18/2008) time was about 4 minutes faster, but then I took it easy on the bike during that race.
What would you do differently?:

Push harder at the end and be more competitive.
