Got up at 5.20, picked up Tyler and headed to the race site, i wasnt too hungry and only had some oatmeal, coffee, and half a banana.

Went out fast, passing people. Still i had trouble with hills. Also drafting was everywhere and a peloton formed, and i wasted time going slow and eventually got around them.

Be more agressive.

I always manage to run well. I passed many people, and only got passed by the guy who finished second in the race. Cross Country has defently paid off.

Push harder and go sub 19

Triathlon specific training.

I had fun, i only did this race because i did it last year, and all considering i cut 10 minutes.
