Comments: My legs were stiff from refereeing the previous day and didn't really loosen up in warm-up or during the race. Got a stitch at one point but just powered through. Followed the STU coach for most race and that helped me keep on pace and avoid slowing down due to my legs and the stitch. What would you do differently?: No refereeing the day before. Post race
