Breakfast: Orange juice, cereal w/ soy, banana, water
Water on drive up to Faribault
Small coffee and cereal bar I brought
arrived 6:45 to set up in transition area

Broke glasses, minor road rash, bike ok
Probably lost a couple of minutes
After race, noticed back brake probably was rubbing the whole time

Slower pace that I've been running lately
However, no calf cramping after getting off bike :)
Better than Treadman pace
Used a 20/20 slower/faster strategy for last mile

Should have picked the pace up sooner
Used an "intervals" strategy sooner
Need to try going with runners as they pass by
More mental toughness

Warm down:

Drank rest of Gatorade and water from bike
Walked to pavilion
Ate 1/2 of a banana

Wipe-out w/ bike
Mental toughness on last run
Need to figure out how to pace last run better

Event comments:

Well-organized, fun race
Flat course - good for run
Bike - wish it was more miles
Transition area and state trail a little narrow for # of participants
Overall, fun race
