i just deciced to do the race the night before, so needless to say i was not prepared. woke up at 6am ate some breakfast, packed my things, the usual

T1 was fine, my HR seems to sky rocket when i'm in T1 so just take it easy, but 2 mins is long

pick up the pace a bit

i was on a brand new TT bike, so more time on the bike would be good
