Between Summer injuries and sprained knee in Wildwood tri - no run training prior to race - Cramped up going out of transition and never stopped.

Well put together race. Very organized communications through the website not email... Not like Phili tri where you get 7 emails a week that repeat the same thing but you need to read to make sure you did not miss anything...
