Comments: Felt good on swim, could have looked up less often or maybe not put head up so high. GOGGLES were not good. What would you do differently?: Try to go around some of the swimmers and put a little more effort in doing that. Transition 1
Comments: Transition a bit slow to dissiness, but overall pretty couldn't have done too much faster, What would you do differently?: maybe get a tri suit so i don't have to put one on. Bike
Comments: Not too much to drink by much at all, was a little cramped at the run. What would you do differently?: Maybe drink slightly less but not really, overall nutrition went well. Can push harder on back, but was hard to tell b/c of run. But decent pace for my current shape. Transition 2

Comments: Horrible run really, but b/c of injury, did better on 3rd lap b/c i took off the shin things. What would you do differently?: No shin things! Very careful with amt to drink as can get cramped. Post race
Warm down: Umm didn't even think about this, should have stretched but was excited, no regrets. What limited your ability to perform faster: Injuries or tight right leg, some side cramping, people on swim. Event comments: Loved it, kelp a pain but kinda fun at same time! Nice area. Got up pretty early had 1.5 bowls of my oatmeal. Drank about a half a bottle of watter, not too much. Just about 15 min. before race had a medium sized bite of a power bar.
Was in water for about 10min before which really helped.
