hands and feet were numb most of the ride. this made it hard to shift, especially in the aero position.

need to work on climbing hills and getting more aggressive on downhills and turns in aero position

cold day, water was surprisingly warm (relatively speaking, didn't need wetsuit), not as crowded as i though it would be. still a challenging, fun course for a sprint.
