Comments:

It just seemed very long for 2 miles. My pace was very slow but I know I was running faster. I mapped it out and it was more around 2.4 miles instead of 2 lol.
What would you do differently?:

Get more time in on running. I've grown to enjoy running but its still one of my weaker parts of the race.

I had a great spot right at the bike exit so I did not have to run with my bike and maneuver around other peoples items.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe leave the gloves I dont think I really need them and I could have saved a few seconds.

I passed a ton on the flats but they caught back up on the hills lol. Too bad there arent many on my normal rides. I will have to go find some.
What would you do differently?:

Ride a little slower to save energy for the hills?

Warm down:

Ate some tasty oranges and Zico water. I watched some of the awards which makes me wanna work hard this winter.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

This is my first year so I am still learning how to pace myself and training.

Event comments:

Well organized, friendly people. It would have been nice to have a water table at the turn around during the run.
