Pre-race routine:

Got to the race about 10 minutes before the start! Quickly got transition gear ready, put wetsuit on, and had about 5 minute left. I didn't even get to the body marking station-but guess it was no big deal! Ended up the start was delayed 15 minutes or so anyway, but man the only 'being super late' thing really helped with a warm-up adrenaline rush!

i felt as though i could've pushed harder afterwards, but didn't exactly feel like that at the time, but I really wasn't breathing all that hard as I was holding a conversation with a fellow runner without a problem...

I did have to turn around once on the bike as I was confused by the course. I didn't feel either the run or bike were marked very well.
