Went out as slowly as I felt comfortable, but was still faster than some. First time in a wetsuit. It was cold, so good that I had it.

Long run from beach to T1. Not a terrible T1, but a bit slow because I was tired from running.

Stopped twice thinking I had brake rubbing. First time removing wheel to transport, so was worried I had messed up reassembling. Otherwise, not too bad, but VERY steep hills were killer.
