Comments:

With rain and drizzle it wasn't an optimum day.
What would you do differently?:

Start closer to the front of the pack. It took 5 miles before I was done passing slower runners and was surrounded by people running my pace.

Warm down:

Bagel and sports drink, light stretching and a walk back to the car.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Slower runners that I had to pass at the beginning of the race.
