Swim went well. I could see 8-10 people just in front of me as I exited so a top 10 swim finish could have been possible. It was hard to get any clean water. Got beat up (and did some beating) constantly.
What would you do differently?:

Need to try to get away from other swimmers and get clean water.

Long run up beach into T1. Tried shoes on the bike for the first time. Worked out decent. Need to practice more.

What would you do differently?:

Need to push it harder. Could not get it going. I have this suspicion that my new bike may not be fit quite right. Seems like it's harder to generate power. Of course it might still be the bug I'm fighting off.

Sucked. Not sure what happened but could not keep a decent pace. Felt like I was running in slow motion. Just a horrible run overall.

Actually run. Felt like I was fast walking. Disgusted with myself.
