put shoes on or practice getting into shoes....had a real hard time getting my feet in!

practice, not double check everything-or do it quicker, no socks, spend less or no time rinsing grass off feet

just ordered some Yankz! Put bike on rack wrong and switched it to not hinder others (moron on me). Took too long putting sneakers on- Hopefully Yankz will help!!

Yankz! hop off moving bike, rack better, take feet out of shoes while slowing down

hammy tightened up and right knee pain came back.
What would you do differently?:

learn to drink and run (choked on water- dork), stretch more overall

stretching, run a bit...need to warm-up more

What limited your ability to perform faster:

taping over cable, tight hammy and bum knee, also not practicing getting into shoes while they are clipped in.

Event comments:

This was my first triathlon and I loved it! It was very well organized (I've done over a 100 bike races...years ago) and everyone was friendly. The post race food was good as well! Loved those hoagies!!
