yuck---one day i will be a bit faster. stayed very comfortable in the water. had one guy on my feet until 200 m. he passed me, i came up to him at the very end but only came up to his waist. had to wait for him and one other guy before i could get out of pool. they seemed soooo slow to get out.

Course: a lot more hilly than i remember from last year. however, i did come up to Brad and pass him. what's up?!! windy and hilly. legs tired after only 5 miles.

never got it together...tried so many times to pick up pace to sub. 9 but never got my legs to do it. saw brad on run and thought for sure he would catch up to me. however, i beat him by 27 sec. total bragging rights for a little while. until next time.
