Good swim... alittle scared of distance but overall good. Didn't know timing mat was way up the beach... I would have run up instead of walked.

Didn't plan on doing the last huge hill.. there was some confusion amoung sprint people - we thought the turn around was at the guard shack .... know one new for sure so up the hill we went.. this was a killer

Spin classes for hill training.. we don't have any hills here.

this was hard.. did npt like the uneven surface and hills. Finished in a sprint with another contestant.. that was fun

Swam alittle - mostley to cool down

What limited your ability to perform faster:

heat and the last hill on the bike took alot out of me

Event comments:

Upset over the bike - promoted as flattest bike course in vegas... map on internet shows a turn around that didn't happen.. so again... up the hill we went.
