Fine run--foot cramped MAJOR last 3 miles--felt like a stump--it was terrible.Prior to that-race was fun, I was happy with pace, a little congested at the beginning but thinned out. Good pace, stride.
What would you do differently?:

Drink more water-quicker at start.
