Pre-race routine:

Got up incredibly early and went to transition area to check everything. I ate a peanut butter sandwich and eventually got my wetsuit on.

Stomach issues REALLY kicked in here. At the end if I had kept running it wouldn't have been pretty. As it was I was ok. It actually worked out well because I ended up chatting with a fellow runner/walker who was having the same issue and it made the walk seem much quicker (though not much faster)
