 What would you do differently?: Will put more time in the pool and work on technique/endurance/speed.  Transition 1 
 Comments: Removed suit, put on dry socks, ride shirt, shoes, helmet. TOO much time spent on the transition.  Bike

 Comments: Being soaked, I had a 2nd change of socks & shirt. Big mistake! Try to avoid changing cloths on T2... What would you do differently?: Stay in bike cloths. Just change the shoes. Wear shoe covers on bike shoes if there is rain.  Run 
 Comments: Back started cramping during 1st mile. Made it to the 1st aid station and got a couple sips of water. Did 3 short walks up the steepest part of the course. This cost me dear time... What would you do differently?: Train harder for the run section.  Post race Warm down: Walked around and ate some food. Really not much to say here. What limited your ability to perform faster: Decided to do this about 4 weeks out. Had to start swimming which it had been years since I was last in the lake/pool swimming any distance. Do longer brick workouts. 1st Tri and got a good feel for how things work. I won't be as nervous next time. Event comments: Long drive home. Did not stay for the post event activities.
